is the case fan 3 pin or 4 pin?

I believe your motherboard would power all the fans. The case is just a housing.

how many fans are included?

I only got one with mine any others you’ll have to buy.

i am confused about the usb3 cable. Isn't it a cable that will plug straight into a MB with a usb3 header connection without an adapter ?

Yes the case has a usb 3 cable that plugs to the usb 3 header. As long as your motherboard has a usb 3 header.
