Should this be sufficient for most basic builds that DO NOT have a dedicated video card? Building a couple Minecraft rigs for my children and using the onboard video of the AMD A8-9600 proc with a basic socket AM4 mobo. Thanks!

Definitely.  I have a high end dedicated Video Card, which draws more power, and have never had a problem.  This is an excellent power supply, and it's quiet too.

Just in case you're worried, I've used it with a motherboard that had an onboard video chip and it was fine then too.

Does this PSU have a 6Pin (or a 4+2) for GPU's?

Sorry Dan, No, Raidmax RX-300XT power supply does not have any plugs for graphics cards. Not 4, 6, or 8. I'm very familiar with those since I've built so many computers. I keep these in stock for clients that bring me really old computers. They are well built, quiet, cheap, and get the job done. Awesome discount for buying several. To be honest, I would never have use a 300 watt power supply to drive a gaming rig with a graphics card. I'd recommend closer to 500 watts, which often have them, even for under $40.

1 x 4+4-Pin ATX12V/EPS12V Connector
This would work with either a 4 or 8 pin CPU connector.

I have been given a Gigabyte Motherboard GA-EP45-UD3R. The power supply I have doesn't have the proper connector plugs to mate with the board. Is this the power supply I would need?
