Can you charge an ipod with this?

I imagine that you should have no issue charging an iPod. The output on this is a standard USB plug so most USB rechargeable electronics will charge off of this as long as you have a cable for what you want to charge. This is basically the size of 1 1/2 roll of quarters. The flashlight on it is pretty good not the most powerful out there but it works nicely when you need a flashlight.

What's the output? The photo shows 1000 MA, and the product name and description says 1 A. Big difference.

Which is it, and why is the product shown different than the one being sold?

I am not sure how much power this powerbank holds, but I will tell you that it was able to fully charge my iPod 4G twice without having to recharge this device. It has worked well and the flashlight is an added bonus I guess if you're a camper and your phone runs out this would be good to recharge and use for a flashlight. It's neat and does the job. Also was able to charge my friend's Galaxy S4 fully and still have some juice left.
