How do I choose a size?
Rawlogy balls are awesome for working out stress and tension all over your body. Use the Classic for Big muscles (back and upper legs), the Mini for Small muscles (calves and feet), and the Micro for Tiny muscles (hands and wrists)
How do I use a Rawlogy ball?
It's as easy as rolling a ball across the floor. You can use it standing up, sitting down, or lying down. Find the area that's sore and gently roll the ball by applying pressure with your body or hand. Increase pressure as needed

The Rawlogy ball is now made from 100% RECYCLED cork. We've up-leveled our sustainability game to protect the world's cork forests!

How did we get our start?
In 2016, I was ready to burn my running shoes. I was training for a race and had the worst foot and back pain of my life. All that pain disappeared when I was introduced to "rolling out" my feet and back with a rubber lacrosse ball. But I knew I could design a better massage ball!
What problem are we solving?
Muscle pain and tension are the worst! We make relief easy, quick, and med-free.
