Where can I get a compatible replacement power cord?

This thing sucks- it came USED not refurbished and it has dings all over it.  Also the remote control doesn't work...it sounds tin-e as well....garbage...

can I install this speaker vertically . If so, does this effect sound distribution?

It's pretty light and mobile so i assume you could install it vertically but i don't know how or if it would effect the sound. I have sitting right in front of my 47" lcd tv...didn't even need to mount it.

Hello experts:
I'm very low on the tech scale.
I just purchased a cheap 50" LED TV (Hisense K532), without any "smart" features.

The speakers are VERY low volume.  I don't need any high-quality sound, I just need more volume because I watch the TV while I run on the treadmill.

My question is:  How do you hook up this sound bar to the TV or to the Blu-ray player?  Is it simple, i.e., put the plug in the hole, or is there more to it than that?

Hi this speaker bar comes with the "rc" connection ONLY- this is ok for older tvs as you simply match up the red and cords into the proper "audio out" plugs in the tv - HOWEVER as we found out the hard way - newer tvs only have DIGITAL audio out and requires a DIGITAL TO RC CONVERTER box costing anywhere from $20-$50 depending on where you buy - to check , look at the back of tour tv and look for audio OUT red and white plugs

I have a Pioneer PD-M406 CD Player. Can I just plug into the soundbar and have the sound without any other equipment?

Yes. If you are using a headphone or line-in jack you will need to purchase dual male-ended 3.5 mm audio cord. This device comes with two RCA cords, but they are rather short.

The one I received was manufacturer refurbished, and it works great. It cam with audio jack wires (red,white) and remote control.

Can I connect the center channel speaker output on my home A/V receiver (Onkyo TX-SW502) to this?  Is so: can I connect it to the Line in input but using an RCA to Headphone cable and stripping off the ends on the RCA side and attaching them to the receiver?

No. speakers are output devices. If you are using it as a center, it connects to the center channel speaker output on your A/V using whatever speaker wire you prefer; zip (lamp) wire, fancy speaker cables, whatever. Just don't use really thin wire, certainly nothing smaller than 18 gauge. Remember, the smaller the gauge number, the bigger the wire.
