Question 1

Does this have an actual optical audio port? I read a review on amazon that said it did not, and while it looks like there might be one in the photos, it is not mentioned in the specs.

It does not have an optical audio port. I knew that when I bought it for one of the upstairs HDTVs. Turns out that the LG 32" I bought it for doesn't have RCA audio out, so the sound bar sits in the corner of my office. :-)
For what it's worth, I connected it briefly to the 37" Vizio (w/RCA cables) in the master bedroom and it has great sound, just not an optical port.

Can I stream my iTunes from my computer to this?

You can connect using a 3.5 mm cable to the side input. I do not think a wireless connection will work. By the way I have three of these and think it is the best product RCA has ever come out with

What are all the dimensions, H-W-L?

I think it would work just fine. I never installed it as the TV I bought it for didn't have audio out RCA jacks and certainly no optical port. (LG. 32" in spare bedroom).  All the rest already have sound bars so...  It appears to be a quality unit. I did connect it briefly to the Vizio 37" in the master bedroom and it did really well. Not sure that answer is a good one for you. We have all on sound bars as I have hearing aids. Sound bars do brighten up the sound, at least for me.

Can this be connected to TV with a coaxial cable?

No coaxial; RCA connectors only.
