Is this NVR compatible with the Reolink 12MP RLC-1220A? I don't see 12MP listed on the specs.

All of the Reolink cameras should work on this NVR, the only NVR's they offer are this and the 8ch version. If you visit their website, they have a bundle with the 1220a and the 8ch RLN8-410 NVR.
