A: We are afraid Reolink doorbell cameras will only work with a Reolink chime. One doorbell camera supports a maximum of one Reolink chime.
Q2: What to do when added to a Reolink NVR, it shows a black screen on the monitor Ul?
A: If your NVR has Hw H3MB18/N2MB02/N3MB01, please first upgrade the NVR to the latest firmware version. Please scan the QR code of the NVR to check the Doorbell camera. Please note that a third-party NVR is NOT supported.
Q3: How to power up the Doorbell PoE camera?
A: Reolink Doorbell PoE supports 12-24V AC 50/60Hz. 24V DC power, lEEE802.3af PoE switch/injector, or Reolink PoE NVRs. The power supply is NOT included in the package.
