are these inkjet printable?

Not as is.  The Magic Silver logo discs have a shiny silver surface, no label.  I guess you might be able to glue on a printable label for printing purposes but that's just speculation on my part.  I write on these with a magic marker.

What is the media code of these discs? The media code tells you exactly who manufactures the DVD media. Some examples are: RitekF1, MCC004-000, MBIPG101-R05, CMCMAG-AM3, AML003-000, et al. It is important because it lets you know what what you are buying regardless of brand. It cannot be found on the disc packaging, it must be scanned from an actual disc using a utility like DVDidentifier or Nero DiscSpeed.
