re 3rd party software: Does it come with software? or directions for where to find it? any kind of manual?

Mine came with a mini-CD, and although this was supposed to have the drivers, the utility it installs does not recognize this SCSI controller. My 6 SSD disks are visible, but (as the utility that's supposedly for them is useless), these drives can't be configured into neither RAID 1 nor 0.
