Question 1

1)  Does this doorbell have means to interface to a conventional 16v door-bell system? 
2)  Is it possible connect an Ethernet cable to avoid wifi? 
3) Does it support PoE (power over Ethernet)?

#1 - Yes
#2 - Not that I'm aware of.
#3 - Since there isn't an Ethernet connection, no.
That being said, it's an awesome device.  There have been a number of times I've answered my doorbell while I've been at work.  The live feed is nice when you're waiting for the pizza guy to arrive.

is it weatherproof or must be in completely dry location ?

Not sure about it  being waterproofed.  I have it located on a front door which it is not exposed to rain.  Suggest to contact the maker

How about two doors - front and rear?

Not sure what you're asking but you can buy as many of these as you need for the amount of doors you have. The app we see them together and let you select them individually. It will also notify you of which one is seeing motion and/or being "rung." You can also name them as you wish.
