- AUX-the soundbar led lights up in green color; 3.5mm-RCA audio cable included;
- Optical-the soundbar led lights up in purple color, optical cable included;
- Bluetooth-the soundbar led lights up in blue color
Remote and Buttons Control
- The code of remote control is not compatible with universal or TV remotes;
- Batteries are not included
- Bass is adjustable through sub+ or sub-;
- Free remotes and accessories provided lifetime
Important Notice
- To eliminate stactic noise under optical mode, please set TV audio output format to PCM, and disable dolby and DTS on both TV and video streaming apps
Use Tips:
- If the soundbar has delayed audio, this can be fixed via the audio settings on your TV.
- Does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the Dolby and DTS on your TVs, Netflix, Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video APPs.
- For audio cable connection, please make sure to plug the audio cable into a connector on your TV labeled Line OUT or Audio OUT, not Line IN or Audio IN. Please kindly note that the audio cable is connected to the TV audio output and the soundbar audio input. And you can double-click the AUX boost button on the remote control to restore the volume.
- Soundbar does not have USB interface, the soundbar can be connected to your computer through the AUX interface. The AUX port cannot be used as a headphone jack.
- We provide replace remote control/Auxiliary cable/Optical cable for free. If you need to, please contact our after-sales service team. (Remote control is not compatible with universal or TV remotes).
- Please kindly send email to us if there is any issue, we will help you deal with it without 24 hours.
- The sound bar is compatible with the Fire TV remote control. If needed, additional remotes compatible with Roku box or Roku TV can be provided upon request.
