Question 1

What sized hand is this designed for....I have a hand that is 6.5" from the base of my palm to the top of my tallest finger. Would this mouse be the right size for me?

It might be a little bit too big or maybe just right, depending on your preferences.

It fits my hand perfectly unlike the Kone Pure, which was too small, and the Logitech G500, which was too big.  My hand is around around 7.5" from my palm to the top of my mid-finger, and it's roughly around 4.3" wide at the widest point of my palm.

I use a palm or sometimes a hybrid palm/claw grip depending on what game I'm playing and what I'm doing in that game, and this mouse is one of the most comfortable mice I've ever used.

I bought this when my last Habu (I owned 2 while they were still around) broke and I could not find a replacement.  If this mouse is too big, I recommend trying a Roccat Kone Pure.  The Pure Optical is even smaller than the Pure, but that might be too small for you.

Question 2

The mouse looks like it is left handed oriented; yet, the specification is right handed?

Nah, it's right-handed. I mean, I'm right handed, and I use this mouse, and it fits my hand great. Just now I put my left hand on it, and it felt usable, but weird. Definitely a right-hand mouse.

Question 3

Will this work with mac? Also how big is this mouse compared to the RAT 7 and the Razer Deathadder. I have large hands so I'm looking for the biggest mouse I can find.

I'm not sure if this will work with a mac, but this mouse is a tad bit bigger than the famous Logitech mx510 (that's the mouse I had before it died) I have relatively small hands and I cannot fully extend my fingers to the very tip of the mouse. I hope this helps!
