Question 1

I only have ONE Hand and it's a Lefty, I like how u can customize the keyboard on this and wonder if it would be possible for me to use a few of those keys with 1 or two of the fingers on my left hand????

Well you could for sure use your pinky and ring finger to hit some of the keys and you can customize it so that you put the bigger keys in there too to make it easier. I say give it a shot it's a nice mouse that has held up well for me.

Question 2

Can you create and use Macros with the software provided?  If so, is it intuitive much like I've found Razer and Logitech?  Any limitations with Macros that you've seen?

It comes with several preset macros for different games that were out at the time (Bioshock 2 and Left4Dead are examples), but you can easily make a new folder with macros of your own. Macro construction is comprised of pressing a Record button and manually entering in the keystrokes for the macro command. This can also include mouse clicks or mouse wheel scrolling.

Question 3

Does the software save cutomization options to the ROCCAT Nyth Device itself, such as side-button configurations? I need this functionality, because I have had issues with the Corsair Scimitar not being able to load profiles properly, due to being reliant on the software provided by corsair, ratehr than the profile beign saved on the device, and having to restart the system when I find out the side buttons on my Scimitar aren't assigned due to it not loading the profile.

The profiles that you can create can be stored on the mouse as well.   You can make one or more different configuration,  store them on the mouse,  and uses them on different computers with out the software.  It comes in handy when i am visiting a friends and i can use my own computer,  but i can can still use my mouse profiles for games and windows.

Question 4

How wide is this mouse can i fit my 3rd and pinky finger on the mouse? can anyone post the mm widths with each different side panel? plezes

...I thought most people would place their 3rd finger on the right clicker. :/

If you meant the 4th finger, yes, you can put it on the mouse, but pinky wouldn't be 'on' it, unless you have a REALLY small right hand.

If you really want the measures, take the second picture on this page, put some arrows (arrow 1, arrow 2...) where you want it measured and reply with a link.

Question 5

How did that sensor stability issue turn out?

Is it working fine now with some firmware patches or still there?

The swarm software has has 4 upgrades before I got my mouse and 3 firmware.
  One of the thing the tech told ,me that if your computer goes into sleep or you turn it off, you should use their swarm software and re-calibrate the surface reading. this procedure usually keep the sensor glitch from popping up.
 Personally I never had that problem since I got my mouse.
roccat is very help and willing to work on any glitches with their products. Remember the Nyth is not even a year old since it was introduced at the consumer electronic show in 2015.
 Please Note most newer motherboards use USB PORTs instead of the old ps2 and the nyth  built in processor and bios work with thoes ports.
