Am I able to assume that the case comes with the DVD/ROM drive right?

No, you will need to purchase an internal optical drive.

However, I only used it once to install windows. Just borrow one from another computer for the install. Current setup does not have an internal optical drive.

can i turn off all the LEDs?

There is no switch for this, but The LED's are on the fans, the LED Electric leads are on the outside of the fan, real easy to just cut them. Hope this helps.

Is this a heave case? Also, can this case fit my Gigabyte GTX960 which is 11.61 inches long? Thanks a lot!

I don't find the case to be too heavy on it's own, although once you put everything in it it will likely have some weight to it. I run a NVIDIA G-force limited edition graphics card which is quite a few inches long, and it fits perfectly. The case has plenty of room.

The sides have knobs on the back that tighten like screws. Its very easy to do by hand and if you want to tighten them tighter, they take a philips

Will a Corsair H100i work with this case?

I cannot confirm this as I am using the stock CPU heat sink with my rig.  However, the manual says a 240mm liquid cooling radiator can be installed on the front vent...i believe the H100i is 240mm.

Will this case accept a low-profile video card?

Unfortunately, it's designed for full-height (ATX form factor) cards.  Although the card itself would easily fit withing the space, unless your low profile card has the full-height (vice half-height) bracket on the video connector side, you won't be able to install it.
