How many drive bays does this case have?

Two larger drive bays on bottom back side of case for older type disk drives and two areas on front side to mount two SATA SSD's.  You probably could also mount a third SSD on backside if needed.

Does this case have dust filters?

Yes, it has 2 Dust  filters, one at the top of the case and one under the case (below the PSU)

How do you connect the fans?  I see a power connection (old IDE power connection) but it is not obvious how to connect the fans or RGB to the motherboard.  If I just connect the power connector the fans will spin, but do not light up even if I press the RGB button on the case.

the case come with a fan/RGB controller that all the fans plug into, then you just plug the controller to your PSU. The controller comes with a remote that has adjustments for fan speed and RGB modes/ colors

How do you change the fan speed for the 4 pre installed RGB fans?

I know you can change colors using button on top of case but fan speeds are usually set automatically based off a few variables or set to manual mode in the BIOS.

Some cases have switches on the wires, etc but not sure I noticed any when rebuilding my PC.

Has 2 drive bays, and it has at least 4 areas to mount SSD drives.

Can the fans RGB be made fully addressable for custom colors?

No.  The included fans are RGB, they connect via 4-pin molex for power, and to a Rosewill RGB controller with a LED button near the power button that allows you to cycle thru the fan's RGB colors.

was it supposed to come with a cable to connect power to the fan hub?  the instructions are not clear on how to connect the fan hub to power.

The fans connect via 4-pin molex connector, directly from your power supply.

Question 10

The bottom of the case looks to have extra holes for the HDD/SSD bracket, in case someone gets a longer PSU, they can move the bracket an inch forward towards the front of the case, making more hand-room to plug/unplug PSU cables. Can anyone confirm?

The HDD bracket is completely removable if you're not using them. I removed it from my case for more PSU cable management as I'm only using M.2 storage media.
