The ASUS Sabertooth X79 is an ATX form factor motherboard, this case supports MicroATX, ATX, EATX and HPTX.

Yes, your motherboard will fit and there will be screwholes aligned for your board, just be sure to read the instructions included with the case for further details about the mounting process and wiring for the front panel.

Can the red LEDs in the fans be disabled, or would I have to replace the existing fans with non-LED fans?

I had the same question,... the LEDs are built into the fans. I didn't want a glowing case either. However, the are not overly bright. Maybe, I'll change them out at some point, but they are not bothering me as much as I thought they would.

Other than that,.. I love this case.

How do I add SSD into this case?  SSD is too small for the trays

The trays have holes for 2.5" drives.  You will need to use the screws included with the case.

What cooling systems are compatible with it? any water cooling?

I have a Corsair H60i in mine over an i7-3770k.  This works very well for me.  Hottest ive seen it get is 68c at load at stock speeds 3.5 ghz and 75c OC'D to 4.5 ghz.  The case had a great airflow design and keeps ambient temps down even on the hottest days.  I opted for a small coolong block and just bought an extra 2 120mm fans to mountt on the side.  And took the 120mm fan the case came with and pkaced it behind the cpu on the backside of the motherboard.  If i remeber correctly the Corsair H100 works as well if you want more coolong power, but that would have to be mounted on top of the case and one of the stock 240mm fans removed.

what the space available for an after market cooler? i am thinking a v8 gts or silver arrow ib-e extreme.

The SilverArrow IB-E Extreme will fit easier if used in a Push configuration. The V8 GTS may be tight since it's wider than the SilverArrow. There is a 140mm fan there, that could be removed to free up some space IF it becomes tight with the V8. I originally had a True 120 with two Noctua 140mm fans and there was plenty of room for that. It is a massive case.

Can this accommodate SSI EEB form factor mother board (e.g. ASUS Z10PE-D16 WS LGA 2011-v3)?

SSI EEB will fit in a EATX case. Its dimensions are exactly the same 12x13. However the screw holes won't line up, 3 to be exact. The corners line up and some intermediate ones do, and that might seem like enough, the mobo is held tight and safe... until you want to install ram or the cpu fans. Those missing screw hold around that area and you might end up bending it, so be careful.

Don’t know what you mean by pre-built. It’s a case but you need to add the components. It’s a great case by the way, if you have the room for it. I got tired of trying to cram bigger GPU cards and PS into smaller cases. This one is laid out well and has plenty of room for my two 1070 cards and my ATX board.

Leds are hardwired to the fans. Unless you want to desolder the connections, no, the leds cannot be turned off. The top of the case/mesh on top is pretty good at hiding the lights from the top-down perpective, but you'll have to buy aftermarket fans if you absolutely want the leds off.

Hello! What gripes do you have about your purchase on this case?

I am contemplating buying this over the Corsair Graphite 760T and the Cooler Master Storm Stryker.

I'm overall pretty pleased with the case, but if I had to complain...

1. The case if freaking huge, which I'm sure you realize, however I didn't at the time.

2. Thumb screws aren't the captive type, which really should be at this price point.

3. The bottom power supply fan filters are cheap pieces of mesh that aren't easy to remove or replace. I ended up mounting my PSU in the opposite direction anyways, but this does suck pretty bad.

4. There is no easily removable top fan filter, meaning cleaning my AIO's rad is more of a hassle than it needs to be.

5. Both side doors are a pain to get on and off because of the sled system used. This is probably my single biggest gripe with this case.

6. I prefer tool less hard drive bays, while this one requires screws. Not a big gripe, considering these tool ones are full metal and quite high quality.

7. I've had certain trouble with the front IO USB. The 2.0 ports don't seem to be powered right/adequately for my extremely power heavy 2.0 devices. This isn't all that big of a deal considering the 3.0 ports work fine for such devices.

This is a good case with awesome stock airflow, and if you're a big fan of side intake (like me) then you'll end up loving it. However, the main problems seem to be from cheaping out on the details, which Corsair and CM tend to not do.

If it helps you at all, I was actually considering buying a Corsair 730T to replace this case. I think you'll be pleased with it if you want a huge, solidly built case with a ton of fans (and not needing to buy any additional fans for it, but the small touches you'll find with other companies will go a long way.
