does this case include a powersupply?

No , it does not. But you are much better off on purchasing your own PSU anyway. Most Computer Cases that INCLUDE PSU's , are not reliable (what I mean is the PSU itself , included , is not reliable). Also , MOST included PSU's only have 2 SATA power connectors. Not enough in this day and age , as most people have more than 1 Harddrive or Optical drive in their system nowadays.
This case will accept ATX (standard) sized PSU's.
You can find decent PSU's on Newegg for $25 on up.

On the CHEAP , HEC HP585D is good. (585W $30)
Or LEPA N Series N500-SA 500W ($40+/-)
I own and use both.

* Just remember , you can STILL get a "LEMON" weather you spend 2 cents or $2,000 on something.
Do your homework , and read reviews.

Question 2

Does anyone know how to open the front panel on this? The manual says it snaps right off but it feels like it is going to break when i pull on it.

Brandon, First remove the side cover from the case, Unscrew the two screws in the back that hold the side cover on. Once you have done that if you look on the inside of the case where the front panel is attached you should see a black tab that you can push on. Now there is the same tab on the otherside of the case, you will have to remove that side panel as well to get to that tab. So now if you push both of those tabs in together and gently pull on the front panel it should come off. Hopes this helps

Does this case fit a radeon hd 7870?

The case is a full-height case (as opposed to low profile), so should be able to accommodate the Radeon HD 7870 card.  Keep in mind, however, that it is a Micro ATX case, and the Radeon HD 7870 likely occupies two card slots, you'll likely only have room for one other expansion card...depending on the layout of your motherboard.

I've bought two of these cases and they've worked out well for me...but this is a case for a system with a minimum of drives and expansion cards as it has very little expansion room.

I really don't think so but I did like this sleek case for one of my builds and mostly when they do come with the power supply its not what you really need, if your gaming or home based use do some research first.
I do remember the the case is a tight fit for your components and its a pain to assemble but worth it in my opinion..

I have a 430 watt corsair atx power supply, and a pci-express video card attached to a microATX motherboard, will it fit in this case?

I do not know what will fit in the case. I have a corsair CX 430 in the case. Would recommend a longer case. I had trouble replacing the hard drive as it would hit the CPU heatsink. Other than that it works for me.

Will this be able to fit a a full ATX PSU?

Yes. I have a 450 atx psu in mine. One note with most small cases - the hard drive sits over the memory slots and clearance is tight with regular size memory sticks.

Are the pre-installed fans PWM?

No, they are standard 4-pin peripheral connectors. not PWM connectors. 
In other words, they are either on or off, unless you use an external fan controller.

Can you install an optical disc drive on this case?

Yes.
You wiil have to remove one of the front filler panels to acsess the drive bay.
Also, to install screws to both sides of the drive, you will need to remove both side panels.
This is very easy on this cabinet.
This is also a good place to store un-used or exttra cables on your installation.

This cabinet not only looks good, but the fans are very quite.
My wife uses hers every day, no problems.

Question 10

Does this use ATX or MicroATX power supply?

On the specifications tab on this product's page look at the bottom and under features it states: Support standard ATX (PS2 form factor) power supply.  I put in the Antec VP-450 450W ATX 12V v2.3 Power Supply. But had to look it up again when answering this question cuz i wasn't sure how I came to the conclusion it supported an atx when i built this one for my mother on Christmas 2013.
