How do you open it up to put a HDD in it? Owners manual don't tell anything about that.

The back side of the case slides down away from the usb port.  The first time opening the case was a little tight.  I agree the user manual should have information on how to open the case.  It should also mention that the large button on the side turns on power to the case.

Yes a cable is included. Although if you are looking for a 2.5" external drive case this one is a bit funny. You have to power it on to get it to spin up (it will not be accessible automatically when you boot the pc) I ended up getting an ORICO external drive and like it much better.

The max capacity up to 1TB or above (It depends on whether the thickness of the HDD / SSD be fit for the enclosure.) Suitable for 2.5" 7mm and 9.5mm HDD or SSD.

Yes.  These do function on a USB 3.0 hub.

HOWEVER.

The hub should be a powered hub for the most reliable use, especially if you have a mechanical HDD in this (or any) enclosure.  Solid State Drives have lower power requirements and don't _usually_ need a powered hub ... but, if you experience problems with an SSD on a USB 3 hub, try to use a powered hub instead.

USB 2 hubs usually don't supply enough power for reliable operation, although sometimes you get lucky.
