Can the Rosewill RX302-PU3-35B duplicate game system hard drives?

Well I have not tried the built in cloning functionality of this. I have had success using what is called a Raw or sector by sector drive clone. It started up on my ps4 ok. I used a 1Tb Seagate hybrid from the original HGST 500Gb. You may want to just get the software from Sony or microsofts website and put on the drive. Make sure you back up game saves to a usb, in the event it fails to copy.

Just to clarify, when 2 drives are in the dock, can I view and read/write to them separately (ie., D and E drives), or are they dual bays only for cloning?

Yes, you can read and write to the 2 drives separately.  That is all I use them for.  I have not tried cloning.

Question 3

There's no way of getting this thing to work as RAID 1 is there?
