Is this okay for sensitive gums or braces?
Definitely.This one has 4 modes,start on the "Soft" setting—it’s gently, not that painful "needle-like" pressure. It’s been a lifesaver for cleaning around my braces without any bleeding.
Does the charging port get water damaged if I use it in the shower?
Only if you forget to close the little rubber flap. It’s IPX7 rated, so splashes are fine — just don’t aim the showerhead at the port.
Does it come with the charging adapter? Or can I use my iPhone charger?
No, just the USB-C cable. But any standard 5V/1A phone adapter works fine. Super convenient since I already have tons of them at home.
Is it good for travel?
Absolutely. It has a 1800mAh battery and each full rinse takes up to 90 seconds. Depending on how often and what mode you use, you'll get 45–60 days between charges.
Can I remove the bottom cover?
Yes, the bottom cover has a double-lock design for a tight seal, so it's firmer to remove. We made it detachable for monthly deep cleaning. For daily use, fill via the flip port and keep the cover sealed — frequent removal may affect the seal.
