The Rstsoe Smart Ring gives you a simple way to check your sleep, daily activity and heart-rate data from your phone.
Wear it overnight, during a workout or throughout the day. The app lets you review sleep patterns, steps, calories and exercise activity. Compatible metrics can also be synced with Apple Health, and Compatible metrics can also be synced with Apple Health.
A full charge provides up to 5 days of use. The included charging case can recharge the ring up to 12 times, so you can take it on longer trips without carrying a charging cable.
The ring connects to compatible iOS and Android phones through Bluetooth. There is no monthly fee or recurring app subscription.
IP68 water resistance makes it suitable for everyday wear. Please measure your finger and check the size chart before ordering.
