I don't want to use two remote controls. How should I set up the soundbar and tv?
To synchronize volume with your TV, switch the soundbar to TV-ARC connection mode, connect the soundbar to the TV using an HDMI cable, and finally enable HDMI-CEC on the TV. Please Note that the HDMI cable is NOT included in the package.
Does the soundbar support Dolby and DTS audio formats?
The soundbar does not support Dolby or DTS audio formats. Therefore, please set the audio output format on your TV to Stereo or PCM.
My remote control is broken. How can I get a new one for free?
We provide free accessories lifetime, including remote, power adapter and 3.5-3.5mm audio cable,optical cable etc.
How can I get a free remote control that works with both my soundbar and my Roku TV or Roku Box?
Please send us your order number and the name of your Roku system (e.g., Roku express, Roku TV...). We will send you a remote control free of charge.
