The soundbar has only static when watching TV, what's the problem?
The soundbar is not compatible with Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the related settings on both your TV and video streaming APPs; Besides, setting the TV audio output format to PCM or Stereo.
I don't want to use two remote controls. How should I set up the soundbar and tv?
To synchronize volume with your TV, switch the soundbar to TV-ARC connection mode, connect the soundbar to the TV using an HDMI cable, and finally enable HDMI-CEC on the TV. Please Note that the HDMI cable is NOT included in the package.
My remote control is broken. How can I get a new one for free?
We provide free accessories lifetime, including remote, power adapter and 3.5-3.5mm audio cable,optical cable etc.
How can I get a free remote control that works with both my soundbar and my Roku TV or Roku Box?
Please send us your order number and the name of your Roku system (e.g., Roku express, Roku TV...). We will send you a remote control free of charge.
