When I use APPs such as Netflix on the TV, the soundbar has no sound or only static, how can I solve this?
The sound bar does NOT support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the Dolby and DTS on your TVs, Netflix, Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video APPs
I am using a Roku TV or Roku Box, can I use my TV remote to control the soundbar? I don't want to use two remotes.
If needed, additional remotes compatible with Roku Box or Roku TVs can be provided upon your request.
I connect soundbar with tv via audio cable, but there is delayed audio, how do I resolve this?
If the soundbar has delayed audio, this can be fixed via the audio settings on your TV.
