Question 1

does this case support liquid cooling for CPU? For instance I was thinking of using the roof for a radiator and 2 fans for water cooling my CPU, is it possible?

Yeah it will support liquid cooling. Personally I do not like LC, but the box is designed for that purpose. I use fans and they work great. I stay close to room temp even when gaming.

Question 2

How do you connect the led lights?

The LEDs are all connected to the chassis and it's own power module.  The power for it is a molex connector.  Also an FYI this also means that there is no need for a led on light wire connection to the motherboard .

Question 3

Is there a way to connect the rgb controller to the mobo so the whole rgb sytem is controlled through the mobo?

Not with the built in controller that I can tell. It's just a simple microcontroller that switches it's output with each button press. The leds seem like they could be attached to a different controller however.l.

Question 4

Do the RGB fans have to all be one color, or can they all be set to different colors? And what are the available colors?

Sorry unfortunately the fans or case can no have mismatched colors. 
 Reason: the leds are on a closed loop there for there is no way to isolate an individual fan. Or section of lighting, 
 There is 7 different colors with 3-4 different effects, also has an easy led button on top it let's you cycle through the colors and effects along with long press to turn less off.

Question 5

Are the sides made of tempered glass or acrylic? The Newegg description says one but other sources say another, and I'd like to know for sure before making any sort of purchase decision.
