I want to use this with DDRI 800 2GB CL: 4-4-4-12 (2.0V - 2.1V) TXDD2048M800HC4-D. Will this work? Is there a place to cross-reference these numbers?

I am not fully sure I understand the question.  If you are replacing the TXDD2048M800HC4-D's with these I would encourage you to actually look on your motherboard for the model number and look that up.  It will normally specify certain criteria.  I replaced the memory on an old HP Pavilion with the Samsung memory.  The technical specs said it would accept DDR2 800 Non-Error Correcting or an even slower version of DDR2 RAM.  It worked well in my case but the memory will be based solely on what your motherboard is designed to handle.  If you intention is to run the Samsung and the TXDD2048M800HC4-D memory together I would venture to guess they will not get along well at all considering the differences in voltages and latency.
