This says SATA III, my Dell is SATA will this work?

This is a mSata drive. It is different from regular Sata. You would need to make sure your machine accepts mSata specifically.

Will this fit in a standard wifi card location? I am trying to add it to an hp steak book instead of using the integrated 32gb harddrive. I just wanted to make sure it's going to fit in the slot assigned.

WiFi card dimensions vary, i would get with your manufacturer and see if the slot will work with as a secondary hard drive slot. And if it is SATA 2 or SATA 3

I have no idea why it wouldn't as long as you have a sata connection available. Mounting the drive is  like any other 2.5" drive, so if you are not replacing a 2.
5" drive with it, you may need an adapter

No it will not. This is an older technology mSATA. You need an M.2 NVMe technology for that notebook.
