How do you recharge this thing?

You plug the USB charge cable that comes with the product into a USB port of your computer/laptop and connect the smaller end into the product. You will have to slide open the charge opening on the product. It is top side when you hold the product with the "LEVEL" facing you.

How long do you have to charge these headphones and how often?

on the charger and use i udder mine everyday at night i usually have 60-70% left. i still plug in at night so i have a fully charged headset the next day. i use a 1ah plug typically takes a couple hours

My U Connect is not connecting with my phones that it used to be connected with. My immediate thinking is if the power was too low but i have charged it endlessly now and it refuses to connect.

What should i do?

You need to press the bigger button (that can be used to activate voice or accept / reject calls) for 2-3 seconds and blue light will start blinking, this point of time you can see your Level U device in the phone/computer, go ahead and connect.

Question 4

On a scale between 1(very poor) to 7(outstanding) how would you rate the sound quality of this product when used outdoors? Explain why.

1 to 7? That is a rather bizarre scale :) ... but anyway I say it would be a 3. It is not loud enough and ofcourse it has no noise canceling or isolation, which makes it absolutely useless in a gym or noisy external environment.

are these good for teens I'm older. don't know what kids like ?

They are flimsy at the points where it bends. Mine snapped after a few months. If you are not careful with your things, best not to get it.
