is this a brand new phone?

It is a brand new phone,  however I have had a lot of trouble with mine, it constantly reboots, and turns off by itself. I did contact Newegg's IT person. The only thing he would do is have you send the phone to him and then he would send you a new one. I could not be without a phone for appro two weeks.  I would not recommend this phone.

Is this a touch screen?

No this is not a touch screen. Has a ability to scroll Lin all directions in center of keypad.  Excellent little phone with great battery life

Work with T-Mobile?

Mostly yes. If you have an active Tmobile sim it can be used for calls and standard texts. I was unable to set this up to send or receive video or pictures messages. Per my conversations with a tech at one of their locations they also are unable to set this up do to it being an unlocked device. All information I was able to find online supports this or the input data I found on forums for other Samsungs to set it up didn't work.

so if i were to buy this, & i have at&t, it would not be able to send or receive pics/videos??

I noticed a little confusion about these phones when I got an email about a different question...

These phones are fully capable of doing text/picture/video/web. I'm on Consumer Cellular (AT&T is the core provider) and have all these abilities. Your carrier needs to provide you with the correct network settings (in the phone, they're called "profiles") and you need to apply the correct profiles to the appropriate places. There's a place for IMS, MMS, Browser, and Mobile Video profiles that need to be applied. It took me days to figure this out, since tech support sucked big time at Consumer Cellular. As an IT professional, these phones weren't very user friendly to setup. But I'm not used to "unlocked" phones either, coming from many years of Verizon.

Is this phone an android system?

Correction to the above.... that was in ref. to a Nokia Lumia 920 not the Samsung Evergreen SGH-A667 (which is in fact runs a AT&T/Samsung Proprietary Operating System) Not Android & Not Windows Phone.

For those of you who were unsatisfied, did the company handle your return smoothly? How much is the restocking fee? Or did they fix whatever was wrong with the phone?

The first phone I ordered had a bad battery, and I called a number that came in the box, and they shipped me another battery within a week or so of me calling.
