Is the HDMIDVI cable included?

I'm sorry to say no cables are included other then the A/C plug and transformer.  You can get the HDMI almost anywhere online for less then $10 you can even get them real cheap but the quality is lacking.  The TV itself is of good quality.  The picture is best viewed at a distance past 5 foot.

Can it be wall-mounted? VESA mount?

Yes, uses standard 75 mm (smallest) VESA mount. The four VESA-mounting holes are near top of monitor.  Let's see -- there is a small bump at the bottom of the TV, on the back, into which the base stand is attached.  After you remove the base stand (if you ever did attach it in the first place) there will still be that profusion in back that prevents "flush" wall mounting. But then again, the DC adapter plug on the back (plus any other cables plugged in on back panel) sticks out a bit, anyway, so that profusion on the bottom is likely not much of an issue -- and if you use a desk-mount VESA device, no issue at all. The TV/monitor is very light weight, will mount on virtually any VESA device that accepts 75 mm mounting screws.

does this have a coaxel?

It indeed does! We used this TV as a secondary Kitchen TV. We split our cable box with our main and this TV so we can get the same channels on both.

does this tv have a headphone jack?

It does, it is located on the back of the TV. If using headphones, the longer the wire the better unless you want your face next to the tv lol. If using  jacked in speakers you're good.

I just use it as an off the air set.  I'm one of those who does not think there is enough on cable to justify the cost.

in terms of specs it up there with the newest and because of the high res it is great for a small room and ive never had issues with samsung monitors and tvs. Now it wont be as clear as 100% LED tvs but its is better than standard LCD and produces a little less heat.

Is there any input lag for gaming consoles that use composite input/output cables (such as GameCube, Wii, etc.)?

What is the outside Dimention? I have a corner shelf with the Samsung 19" on that shelf and would like to buy this 22" screen if you can send me the outside dimentions for me to measure shelf capacity...

Not sure which dimensions you're asking about, so will give several (these measurements may be off by a tiny fraction of an inch or so):

Screen itself:  22" x 12-1/4"
Base: 10-3/8" x 6-3/4"
Depth of screen at deepest part (NOT counting wiring): 1-3/4"
Overall measurement from bottom of base to top of screen: 14-1/2"

Does this come with cables?

It does not come with an HDMI cable.  I'm not sure about the RCA cables, but that shouldn't matter.  Why buy a HD TV and use analog cables.

Question 10

I am being told to purchase a flat screen for wall mount with a S-video connection. Does this one fit that requirement?

As much as I love this convenient, high quality, affordable TV, I have to unfortunately say it does not have an S-Video Connection. 
Typically, specifications for a TV will state what type of connections it accepts, this TV has only two cable connection options: HDMI and Cable V. In NewEggs case, they list TV specs right next to the product image, however some manufacturers include specifications in the images below their product. So, as you search for a good flat screen be sure to check the specifications and make sure it comes with an S-Video input jack.
