Does it come with any glasses?

Does it have gaming mode? because I can't find it

It does have a gaming mode within the settings, but, as with all other entertainment peripherals, you will ALWAYS get the optimum experience taking the time to make the adjustments according to your own preferences.

And, when done so this way, the picture on this television will absolutely blow your mind!!

Question 3

Does this television have 120Hz HDMI-inputs? I'm aware the television itself has a 120Hz refresh rate, but I am specifically asking about the HDMI-in slots. Thanks!

The question you should be asking is will it take my 60 Hz video from my 3-D Blu-ray player from the HDMI cable inputs and convert it to 120 Hz in the TV.
Your devices all pushed 60 Hz pictures, but it's the TV that interpolates new frames between the frames transmitted to the display at 60 frames per second (or processed into 60 frames per second from 24 frames per second for film footage, through the separate pulldown process), and the HDTV fills in the spaces by generating the best "middle" frames to stick in the cracks. These new frames are made by combining and processing the data of the frames surrounding them, generating the images the HDTV thinks it should draw between the images it's told to draw by the media. You're looking at more individual pictures as the screen draws them, but these pictures weren't on the Blu-ray disc or television signal that the screen is receiving; the HDTV is generating those additional pictures itself.
So yes you will get the hundred and 20 Hz picture from your devices.
I owned this TV myself and it has an excellent picture from outside sources through the 2 HDMI cables.

Question 4

So is it a 120hz TV or 240hz?  The title says one and the specs say the other.

Its 120hz.  The 240hz is a marketing thing by Samsung.  We really enjoy our TV though.  At the time of purchase we were trying to decide between the 60hz smart model or the 120hz 3D model.  We ended up settling on the 120hz, 3D model (even though we wont touch the 3D) and we're very happy with it.  My only complaint is only having 2 HDMI ports instead of 3.  Other than that there isn't a single complaint to speak of.

Is this a Smart TV?

No it's not. You can wire the TV into your network to access file sharing features and a whole slew of online 3D video content but I would not classify it as a Smart TV. It has no apps and you don't have the ability to add any.

Buy a Samsung 3d Bluray player for Smart TV features.

what is the mounting situation? VESA mounting holes?

It does have mounting holes on the back. I *believe* that they're VESA. I mounted it at home on http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16882021075. If the link breaks or something, it's the Rosewill RMS-MT5010. I'm pretty happy with the whole setup.

Why is the warranty shown as 30 days here when the Samsung website shows a 1 year warranty?

As Chris V. said, this is NOT a Smart TV. The ethernet is for firmware updates, there are no Smart TV functions for this model.

Do I need 3d glasses?  How much and what kind?

To use the 3D you need 3D glasses. To use the 2D you only need your eyes.

I know the TV is 120hz but are the HDMI ports 60hz or 120? Most are only 60 but it is not specified in the description. I need one with 120 hz ports to use nVidia 3D vision from my pc for gaming.

For a 3d tv you just need your 3d glasses that came with your 3dtv and a program from nvidia called 3dtvplay or tridef
