I have 3 HDMI ports, but if I put my firestick in one HDMI1, with my current surround sound, I can't get it play through surround as it is in HDMI3...will this system resolve that issue??

This really depends on what your wiring set-up looks like. This Unit has 1 HDMI in, 1HDMI out, 1 Optical In and one Headphone Jack. Generally speaking if the Fire Stick its self is not plugged into this Sound Bar, the sound will not play through it. For a more accurate answer we would need to see what your Wiring Set-up looks like.

I want to hook up a digital keyboard through its headphone jack to this soundbar.  Where it only has one aux input jack will it work, and if it does, will it give me stereo sound?

I've got two HDMI inputs on my TV. One has my Blue Ray player hooked up to it. The other my HDDVR. Is there another way to hook this up other than HDMI?

The only solution to your problem that I can see is to get an HDMI junction box (3 in 1 out) and use that to give you more plug-ins. They can be had for $29 and up depending on the maker and style. Almost all come with a remote for choosing which input is in use. Just noticed this is a year old. Hope you have found a solution by now. Newegg needs to delete unanswered questions more than a year old.
