Pros: *Fairly good quality (better than comparably priced inkjet) *Small and compact
Cons: *Not designed for high number of prints (don't know that this is a con, it's just not what this printer was designed for) *No envelope feeder
Overall Review: Lots of complaint about toner prices. Given that the larger toner cartridge prints 1500 pages and probably more on the economy setting, it is actually less expensive than my inkjet. For the price I paid, I didn't expect a lot so I think my expectations were calibrated accordingly. What I did get was the ability to print documents and limited graphics, exactly what I was looking for as a home printer for a quick job now and then. Do wish it had an envelope feeder though.
Pros: It's small, sleek, print screen button, fast, and decent quality printing.
Cons: The power button does not turn off right away, you have to kinda hold it for a few seconds. The toner cost quite a bit, $60-70 depending on where you got it.
Overall Review: This was my first laser printer I have ever owned, and I am quite happy with it. I recommend it for people who only do light printing, but will not recommend it for an office setting printing thousands of pages per week or month. For that guy who said toner is no longer available and Samsung no longer support it, this printer just came out this month, give it a little time, and some generic brand toners should come out soon. The toner can put out 1,500 pages, so if you're like me only printing less than 50 pages/month, that will last you for awhile. I use this to replace my inkjet, which I only use black ink 95% of the time. Turn it off after you no longer need to use it, as it does get hot, as with all laser printers.
Pros: Great Printer Great Cost Laser is very efficient Small and doesn't take up much space
Cons: It sadly only prints in black and white :(
Pros: Low Price It's a laserjet High print out quality (1200dpi) Fast printing speed (17ppm) Very small form factor Neat screen print button
Cons: No network port, this isn't really a con because this printer is mean't to be used as a personal desktop printer, and that's what I bought it for. I could still network it if I wanted to.
Overall Review: This is the first laserjet printer I have personally owned. At my father's work we have gone through a lot of laserjets and I have seen many different ones and done service on them. This is the best printer I have ever seen since. There is no network port but that doesn't matter, it is made to be a personal desktop printer, and you can still network it if you want with the purchase of an inexpensive print server (or just hook it up to your computer and choose to share it, but your computer has to remain on for it). If you have never purchased a laserjet before, I recommend this one, it is easy to set up and will have you printing in the most economical way possible!
Pros: Fast, Cheap. The starter cartridge has less than 700 pages estimated. This thing comes up nice and fast, and prints fast.
Cons: Do your research on print cost per page. The print mechanics work fine; the toner cost can get you.
Overall Review: I use these for office mailings. I can have two of these running at the same time and get a mailing done in half the time as my less expensive inkjet system (using a continual ink system. SAMSUNG MLT-D104X Cartridge has estimated 700 ct for about the same cost as the printer, which comes out to approx .7 cents per page. SAMSUNG MLT-D104S Cartridge costs a little more and may have shipping charges, but is double estimated page count, for .4 cents per page. These low end laser printers can work out in your favor, but you must buy hi capacity toner cartridges.
Pros: Prompt shipping. Good combo price with the spare toner cart. Print Quality seems to be at least adequate or better.
Cons: Footprint size is somewhat deceptive as it almost doubles whenever you actually have paper loaded in the tray.
Overall Review: Still a great bargain for fast, non-color printing compared to ANY inkjet printer. I like to have one of each type printer for economy and efficiency and this meets my needs just fine. At least so far.
Pros: A nice cheap laser printer fast print
Cons: Try to find a Cartridge for it seems no one has them
Overall Review: Had I known this I would have purchased a different printer..oh well so much for price

Pros: Affordable. When it worked, it was speedy and printed high quality b/w pages.
Cons: After 3 months of ownership and only light use, I received the error message: "Sensor Failure: #A3-3112. Call for service if the problem persists." Needless to say, the problem has persisted and I will have to turn it in to be serviced. This happened at a very inopportune time, so if I had the choice again I would shell out for a more expensive printer in the hopes of receiving increased reliability.
Overall Review: I saw at least one other review here with the same issue.
