How is the connection to the TV made for Blue Ray playback? This unit only has a micro usb port. USB? HDMI?

probably wont play on a tv. pcs have generic usb optical disc drivers built into the OS, tvs even though they have usb ports can only recognize simple media like flash drives, and, then, only certain media types on the flash drive. pls note that i said...probably wont.

where can i download the drivers to operate this product since it is not plug and play ?

It is plug and play. There is no driver on the Asus site for win 7 or below, but windows will install the right driver by itself when you plug it in. then Cyberlink media suite 10 needs t be installed and updated.
