does this TV have a QAM Tuner?

will this TV attach directly to a coax cable connection without any type of cable set top box?

I just got this TV setup a few weeks ago.  It does have a QAM tuner and will work fine with a digital signal.  But, in my area, most of the channels coming in on the cable connection are still scrambled without a set-top box.  I am running mine with an antenna.

Yes, there is a headphone jack on the back of the TV. I've never used it, so I can't say anything about the audio quality.

How good is the sound for this TV?

The sound is OK, considering that the speakers are on the back. (Varying the distance from the wall makes a big difference.) There are several sound options on the menu, for clearer speech, etc.

TBH not exactly sure but it does have a great picture and my daughter uses it for gaming and looks about as good as my 27 inch Samsung 4 k if this helps at all

I have connected a macbook to the TV through HDMI.  I haven't tried or needed to connect usb to the TV.

The actual screen is about 17 and 3/4" wide x about 11" tall.  Using the included stand, the set is just shy of 12.5" tall.

I looking to replace an RV bedroom TV.
I see it has a 14 volt power adapter.
Will this one run off the 12 volt system in an RV?

You would probably need a converter of some sort, the 14 volt is to convert from 110 to 14volts which is what the TV uses. It plugs into a normal wall socket.

I bought a Samsung UN19F4000 in 2013. It looks exactly like it and the sticker on the back matches exactly to this model number- UN19F4000. I use it for my kitchen and has worked flawlessly so far... wish I could say the same for the U-verse connected to it! :)
