What cords come with this TV and what cords do I need to purchase?

The TV only comes with the power cord and a set of Component/AV converters. The converter cables are only for the purpose of combining the component/av cables into fewer ports and are not a replacement for a full-length cable. You will need supply your own component/av cable and hdmi cables.

I already have a TV mount attached to my wall. Is this TV capable of being connected to my wall mount?

It depends.  You haven't provided enough information about the bracket to know for sure.  Most TVs and brackets support the VESA mounting standard.  The VESA mounting standard is one specific size or pattern, however.  Rather, it's more of standardized way of making appropriate mounting patterns for various sizes of items.  VESA mounting patterns always form a square, with the mounting bolts in the corners, and is typically denoted by the measurement of a side of this square.

In the case of the UN40KU6290, the VESA pattern is 200mm (i.e. a square with 200mm sides), so you need 2 things:  1)A bracket that supports a 200mm VESA mounting pattern; and 2)The correct size bolts (the VESA standard specifies specific bolt sizes for specific pattern sizes).  200mm is on the smaller/medium side, so chances are high that it would work unless the mounting bracket was made for a very large TV and just doesn't support smaller mounting patterns.  You can check by simply measuring the horizontal distance between the various mounting holes on the bracket.  If you find a set of holes that are 200mm apart, you should be good to go.  Some brackets are essentially an "X" with slots, and therefore support any size VESA mounting pattern from the smallest distance between the slots, to the largest.

If your bracket doesn't work, or you aren't sure, there are a multitude of options in the $20-$40 range.  Just search for "200mm VESA mount" or "200mm VESA bracket."

I am currently using one of these as my computer monitor, it works great. If I were to purchase a second one could this be used in a dual monitor set up?

Fundamentally, it's a monitor and you could connect it just as easily as any other monitor and it should work no problem - as long as your video card appropriate outputs.  However, the issue you will run into is the max resolution of your video card.  Two 4k monitors at full resolution is a **LOT** of pixels and almost certainly exceeds the limits of your video card.  That said, you can run one or both at lower resolution to get within whatever limit your specific video card has.

What is the response rate on this television?

It says 120 but I think these less expensive TVs trick you because they are really 60 and use some technology that makes them seem 120.  I can't give you the definitive answer but I think it is 60 even though it says it is 120-ish.   Double check the reeviews.   But it is a great TV for the price.

Does this model support split screen (2x2, 1x2 and so on)?

Not that I'm aware of.It's a wonderful t.v. though.Very clear picture,good sound and very responsive apps. I have it wall mounted in my office. Couldn't be happier for $249.00 on sale.

Does this television have a wide color gamut, or the ability to show at least 90% of the P3 color gamut?

Does this tv the UN 40 K6290fxza come as shown in picture with the pedestal?  I ask because the Samsung site says "V" feet in Titan black and I prefer the pedestal in Titan black.
