What is the ms on this tv? I plan to use my main tv with my console so i do not want lag

Not sure, but I experience no issues. 
I also use it as a large computer monitor.

Is the T.V. curved like in the picture?

No. Mine is flat. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the description and do their due diligence. If I see the TV mounted on a wall does that mean I get a mount with the TV? No!

Question 3

Since your Picture is off I purchased this thinking it was curved!!!!!!  This is false advertising.  My next question is if this is really has HDR since your picture is wrong...I am not concerned about your description being wrong as well?

Buying anything over the internet, or anywhere else for that matter, based on what it looks like in a photograph is not very smart at all. If you had really read the description then you would've known that the TV wasn't curved, which tells me that you didn't do the first and most important step before buying a product... Check to make sure it is/has what you are looking for. PROTIP: You can do this by reading the specifications.

This is not a valid model.. at the most it is a flat screen, and there is a picture of a curved screen. What witch craft is this?
