Does this radio operate on batteries only or does it also plug in to 110v household current?

Mine is plugged into my 110v house current. I haven't even tried it with batteries. By the way, it is an excellent radio. Good reception and good sound for its size.

Can this radio be plugged in to a car?

Not as far as I can see, though some sort of conversion adapter might exist. But I don't see this as being practical. The radio is excellent, I might add.
