Pros: -Microsoft DirectX 10.0 Ready! -PCI Express 2.0 gives you twice the throughput than the standard x16 bus. -55nm fabrication process: Reduced physical card size. Can install in a huge array of cases. Energy Efficient. This card is designed to preform on half the power of a standard mid/high range graphics card that required additional power support from a PSU, i.e. 4-6 pin power plug. Not needed with the HD4670. Runs just as fast as a standard card -4670- at half the power. Card has good Over-Clock ability. Much more features to list here. Pull it up and take a look for yourself. Oh, almost forgit...see below: VISTA 64bit READY... WINDOWS XP PRO 64bit READY!! Plenty of driver support out there! ATI CrossFireX READY! Pair two of these babies side by side in crossfire and watch you graphics fly! Trust me, it runs great! I love it!
Cons: This card has 1.0 GB of memory DDR3. Only issue is that it is scaled in 128.0 memory interface. My turn off some hard-core gamers. Most mid-high end cards now have a standard of 256 or above. By the way, if you set this card up in crossfire mode with another HD4670 with the same specs, and your DDR3 memory problem goes away. Thats a plus! Sapphire did not ship the crossfire bridge for these cards in the package, kinda strange. Just picked some up and took care of it.
Overall Review: For the money you could not go wrong with this card. Sure, there are some outstanding cards out there that could blow this card away, but I would rather spend the three hundred plus dollars on somthing else. I play mostly flight simulators on my rig, Microsoft Setup: Windows XP Pro 64bit. Asrock A780GXE/128M Mainboard. AMD Athlon 64X2 @3.2GHz. 6 Gigs/Patriot 800mhz DDR2 memory (4-4-4-12) Two Sapphire Radeon HD4670 cards in CrossFireX mode. Ocz 600watt PSU.
