What the heck is 120 SSD 1TB??? What does 120 mean? Looks like typos

It appears that "BarraCuda 120" is the name of that particular model. Seagate also has drives called "IronWolf 125", and many others.

How big is the write cache, and what type of memory is used for the cache? Even Seagate technical support doesn't know the answer, and I can't find any in-depth reviews on any of the tech sites.

According to a recent Techpowerup review, 1x 256 MB Nanya DDR3-1866, NT5CC128M16JR-EK (at least for Model ZA1000CM10003 of this drive, which might be different than this model ZA1000CM1A003).

What is the difference between this item (Seagate Model ZA1000CM1A003) and Newegg Item # N82E16820248126 (Seagate Model ZA1000CM10003)?

They are the same drive. The Model ZA1000CM10003 is a newer version. Look under the specs tab at the bottom: Model ZA1000CM10003 - released April 17, 2020 Model ZA1000CM1A003 - released November 11, 2019
