Does this come with mounting screws? I bought 3 from another vendor and didnt come with screws. Dont know if that was accident on cost saving measures. Screws I have on hand dont work. I am looking to buy a dozen of these so important know if they come with them.

No they do not, just the drive itself... Sometimes hard drives will come with screws and sometimes they do not. You can buy a package of them at your local Radio Shack... I have ziplock bags full of them but I have been a custom builder for 15 years. Hope my answer helps.

How quiet are these drives and would they work in a media pc by my tv without being able to hear them?

Actually, I have never heard any noises and I had to check after looking at your post.  These drives are silent to my ear.  Now if you have drives in an enclosure, you may want to check on the Fan for that enclosure as that "could" be noisy.  I have 12 of these drives in in an Synology NAS and it is quiet - especially to the average ear.  Hope this helps...

The warranty was three years for mine, and I had zero issues. I did, however, purchase regular HDDs the first time and after two crashes I found out I should have used the enterprise. Seagate replaced both HDDs promptly.
