Does the headset include the Sennheiser momentum case?

Yes it does, the sound quality is worth the money to buy it. I love it so much. But the only con is the headphone is a little too small If you have a big ear.

Are these the second generation or the first?

The second generation just came out in January of 2015, so these would have to be the 1st generation.
