how do headphones attach tobase ?

There is not an attachment to hold them. There is no physical connection between the earphone and the base. It is done via radio waves. To connect the base to the source of audio it comes with phone plugs and a 3.5 MM jacket  adapter. The batteries in the headphone are AAA. They last for about 8 hrs. I purchased rechargeable Nicads and they work fine. I recharge them, and they do not cost me practically anything for the charge. The audio is excellent and it keeps the peace in the home.

I have a smart Vizio TV that I need to use headphones on due to hearing loss. I have tried 3 different sets with no luck. On the network TX, they are fine. Whenever i watch Netflix etc, I get scratchy, static. Any suggestions on these Sennheiser's?

I have used these both for regular cable TV and switching inputs for netflix/laptop hdmi. I've never had a problem with them.

can i use this wireless head set to listen music from my stereo?

Yes. Use the stereo line out RCA connection to the base unit, or get an adapter if you' re going to use the headphone out from your stereo.

Will this headphone pick up signals from m Kenwood 3 disc bookshelf stereo set? Will it pick up signals from my new Crosby combo turntable tape deck cd player?

You plug the RC jacks from the 926 MHZ transmitter (that's the white device between the head phones) into what ever devices audio output jack and it will transmit stereo sound via 926MHZ radio waves to the headset.  You can only hook this to one device at a time.  If you buy two sets you can listen to two different devices and either head set will work.  I have one set hooked to my TV and one to my DVD player.  This is the third set I have owned.  The only negative thing I can say about these is if you use them everyday the head phones will wear out in about five years due to the adjustment dials on the right ear carbonize causing loss of volume in one of the head phone speakers left or right.  The upside to this is just ordered a new set and put the additional transmitter on another device.  The transmitters seem to never wear out.  Bottom line, yes this will work with the devices you mentioned as long as they have audio out jacks, but only one device at a time.

I have tried several different pairs for TV. I have a smart Vizio, new. Each pair I have tried works fine for network tv but is cracking and statically when watching netflix etc. Any suggestions on these Sennheiser's?

I bought these for my wife last year and they still work great. If yours work well for TV broadcast or cable, and not well for Netflix,  it may have to do more with your Internet connection and download speed. If you have high speed broadband, your router may be old snd slowing you down.

I have these headphones, but when I moved, I lost the AC power adapter.  Can I order one of these from Newegg?

i have the hdr110 head phones can i get another pair that works wiyh this system?

If you have a splitter cord it should work on the same tv we aren't using two headsets howeve the design is the same as long as you have signal it will transmit.

Can extra set of earphones be purchased separately?
Can the wiring be purchased separately?  My cat chewed the wiring but the headset and receiver are ok.

Yes you can use more than one set of earphones with the existing installation you have. You do not need additional receivers so they headset by itself can be used as you hoped for. The last pair that I bought specifically is being used as an additional pair and it's Rose I know virtually unlimited numbers can be used without any additional equipment.

Reconnecting the wiring that your cat destroyed should not be overly difficult. It probably has three conductors in at one for the right channel one for the left channel and one ground. I imagine that the biggest difficulty will be stripping the insulation because the wire is so small.

Will the headphones fit over a hearing aid?

I don't use a hearing aid, so can't answer for certain. I have an earlier Sennheiser wireless that was rechargeable, but the recharging never worked properly so I just used a regular battery charger. The old one was starting to go bad, hence this purchase. The headphones are pretty tight, but I have a oversized noggin (I'm 6'4"). The old ones also were tight and I had to forcibly stretch out the headphones so they wouldn't feel like I had my head in a vice. That's how this pair feels now, so will have to get "stretching" again. Although the foam over the earpieces is soft, they only give about a quarter of an inch and then the hard plastic of the phones, so these might not work with a hearing aid. My question is: Do you truly need a hearing aid if you have headphones? I'm not trying to be funny or insensitive here (I have tennitis (ringing in the ears), which can also affect hearing, and I have to crank up the sound a bit more than normal to deal with that.

What is the difference between the R S 100 and the silver R S 120 ?

The 120 uses rechargeable batteries.  The 110 does not.  It uses 2 AAA batteries.
