Can be used on Mac, no compatible problem with Mac 10.7 to 10.10 from my past experience

Will this work with xbox one? Will it work with xbox 360?

I have used this on a PC and MAC laptops with no issues.  It is USB 3.0 but I have attached it also to USB 2.0 ports on my computer with no issues.  I would assume that if either of those Xbox's have a usb 2.0 port or better this will work fine.

Is this device formatted FAT ot NTFS?

LaCie tends to package on software to give you the option. Like a wizard to set up the partitions and to be cross compatible with macs. If macs are a possibility, format FAT. Otherwise NTFS is fine.
