All Harddrives are actually mac or pc compatible, look into "how to format a harddrive", Just make sure nothing is on it first as formatting erases everything. Awesome Harddrive though, I own to and no issues at all so far

Small issue. When I plugged this into the computer I started having issues with my wireless mouse/keyboard glitching. Drive is plugged into rear 3.0 port(tried front ports too) while the RF receiver is in a 2.x port(tried diff ports too) but get the glitching. Doesn't matter if drive is transferring or idle. Anyone know if this a drive issue or my PC? Fix? My tower has a GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3. Thanks.

My guess is that it is your PC.  In general, an external drive won't have an impact on the behavior of other devices.  The drivers have been around for a long time.

I suspect it is actually the wireless mouse/keyboard driver that is misbehaving.  You could try removing and reinstalling that driver and see if things improve.
