Does the machine get too hot to put on your lap?

The laptop it self has never overheated on me, but the air that the fan pushes out can be really hot. If you're using it for YouTube videos or email this won't be a problem. If you're using it for an extended period of time it can get hot. At this point I just use a table if I'm using it for long periods of time, or heavily taxing the processor. Otherwise it doesn't really get too hot.

I want to purchase this tablet but I would like to put Windows 7 on it. Is this possible?

My unit came with Windows 8. Is there a reason why you want Windows 7?
