I am looking for the 011DXL-2 extension panel and cant find it anywhere online. Can you still install an E-ATX MB without it?

the extension panel is for the dominus extreme, EBB motgerboards. you don't need it for E-ATX motherboards. I have an E-ATX installed and it covers half of the rubber grommets which is fine.

Question 2

Does this support 140mm fans and a 280mm AIO?

You can fit two 140mm fans on the bottom and two on the top. Which means you should be able to put a 280mm AIO on top and two 140mm fans on the bottom. The side and rear fans will have to be 120mm.

Question 3

I build a new PC about every 5 years.  This time I'm switching to AMD from Intel.  (Not sure if I'm going x570 Ryzen 16 core or TRX40 and 3960x.)  I was thinking of doing a water cooled version for fun.  Does anybody have any pointers?  The pictures show water cooling.  Does this come with everything I need or is there a kit to purchase?

The case is a nice large size and laid out well for water cooling and I went that direction myself but you need to purchase the water cooling parts separately. I recommend EKWB parts or kits, a little pricey but I have not had failures or leaks. There is a good bit of room for fans but if you use a full width radiator consider that it will only easily fit on bottom of chassis with fans mounted on  top. This eats some into the space for your bottom PCI slot.

Any normal ATX power supply would fit! I suggest a modular type to cut down on excess cables that are not needed.  This is the best Case I have ever owned or worked on as a Computer Tech!

Lian Li only advertises the case RGB to be Asus Aura compatible.  Will the Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0 control the RGB and if so, to what extent?

Do all 4 Front USBs (type A) run through one plug? Want to make sure I have a motherboard that can properly support the case.

No, requires two.   It's obviously a personal decision but I find I don't use front USB very frequently and two are plenty for me so I went with the mobo i wanted and just left the lower two unplugged.
