does this come with the pen? The description says included but the option at the bottom of the page says "tablet only?"

Pen arrived with it but did not work. Be aware, the Surface -- at least the one shipped to me -- was NOT new and did not come as originally packaged. No indication of having being refurbished; maybe open box or previously used?

It does kind of look that way, but, no... there is just one hard drive. Great little laptop/tablet!
