How do these install? Do they snap on or something? Screwed in? Once you get them in can you get them out, etc.?

These work just like any other generic Slot Covers (expect that they have vents cut in them). So as for how they mount, this will depend on your particular case design; for most standard cases one end will slid in, the other will be held in by a single screw, and you can remove/replace them easily as needed. I find that bending the tab on the end a bit (the one that slides in) will help hold them in place more securely, eliminating any vibration induced noise.
